Panasonic Appliances Vietnam Co., Ltd. (PAPVN), 100% invested by Panasonic Corporation, is one of the leading companies specialized in manufacturing two products: Refrigerator and Washing Machine. Established in 2003, PAPVN has two factories at two locations now:
- Refrigerator Factory at Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Hanoi
- Washing Machine Factory and R&D Center at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen
Especially, with the strong desire to create and produce high quality appliances products by Vietnamese people, PAPVN has established an R&D Center with international scale. Our R&D Center is considered as the head center of Panasonic in Asian region in terms of researching & development of Refrigerators and Washing Machines.

Now we are looking for potential candidates for PRODUCT PLANNING SUPERVISOR position as follows:
- Job Decription:
Perform Product Planning activities for Refrigerators or Washing Machines for Asia Pacific region with details as follows:
• Plan and carry out Market Research (Gfk analysis, Shop research) and Lifestyle Research
• Conduct analysis of research data or statistic data, benchmark models monthly and make hypothesis of product planning
• Propose new products and take initiatives to follow up “Product Planning Policy” or “Product Development Process” based on hypothesis and research result
• Operate merchandising meetings
• Cooperate and negotiate with related stakeholders such as R&D, Factory, Sales Companies etc.
• Take initiatives to lead product planning activities with PICs of other countries.
• Involve in preparing business plan and mid-term plan.
2. Job requirements:
• University Degree
• More than 3 years’ of relevant experiences relating to Product Planning, Product Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, Sale, Technical Sale
• Candidates of technical background without related experience but have good sense of Sale/Technical Sale/ Product Planning are also considerable
• Excellent English communication; Japanese is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Be initiative, proactive, creative, dynamic
• Good communication, planning and analysis skills
• Willing for domestic and overseas business travels.
