Location: PVI Building, Hanoi
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales with sales assistance including monthly incentive calculation, verification and processing;
- Assist Sales in working with Business Management Team (BM) for PO processing;
- Analyse Sales reports for sales to follow up business performance;
- Organising filling system for all HHP sales documents including all disty, operators’ sales contracts, agreements and other sales documents;
- Client’s Financial Management Process: payment to customers, credit limit and credit release;
- Logistics task support (Meeting, Events, Launch, Convention);
- Carrying out other sales’ administrative tasks for direct sales operation as per Sales Head request.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Business Administration or related field;
- At least 1-2 years of admin experience;
- Good Office Application (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) & Analytic skill is preferred;
- Hard working & careful;
- Ability to work individually or in team;
- Good English communication.
