Tasco Auto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the backbone of successful project execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Level: Senior Staff
Working location: Hanoi
Refer: able to handle multi tasks included project management/ supply chain/ Logistic /Production planning
Languages: English and Chinese (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and set clear deadlines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
Effectively allocate resources to optimize project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Proactively identify and report project risks to keep management informed.
Oversee procurement to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Act as the central communication hub, keeping all participants informed of project status.
Partner with the Project Manager to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving forward.
Utilize project management tools to track time, plans, and budgets.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet all standards.
Foster strong relationships with external vendors and researchers.
Coordinate production workflow for seamless product creation.
Strategize and prioritize operations to minimize delays and maximize performance.
Gain a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
