Internship in International Procurement Service Department 

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the procurement processes within our organization. You will work closely with our purchasing team to support various tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Below is a detailed scope of work for the IPS Intern position: 

• Supporting the conduction of the QMS process audit. 

• Screening and sorting potential suppliers for specific commodities and sending Requests for Information/Proposals. 

• Clarifying specifications and scope of work with business partners or requesting departments. 

• Comparing quotations, analyzing, and negotiating with suppliers to improve price, payment terms, delivery, warranty conditions, and other benefits for the company. 

• Collecting and transferring documents internally to support buyers and other departments. 

• Recording minutes of meetings, preparing presentation files and sorting/extracting data for Excel reports based on instructions, and other tasks as required. 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Purchasing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes: 

• Remain as a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding at the end of December 2025 

• Undergraduate students in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or related majors in Supply chain 

• Committing to working full-time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week) 

• Good command in English 

• Confident, able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, high teamwork spirit. 

• Good skills in MS skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 

• A Student Certificate from your University is required. 

• A Confirmation of Enrollment letter (giấy xác nhận còn là sinh viên) from your university is required. This letter should include your expected graduation date with your school's official stamp to be valid.
