We have been providing cosmetic and complex dental care for 10 years here in Vietnam.

Westcoast International Dental Clinic includes The Dental Center at Ly Tu Trong (District 1, HCMC), The Practice at Thao Dien (District 2, HCMC), and The Dental Clinic at West Lake (Hanoi).

      We have been a part of the local Vietnam community for more than 10 years. We believe in supporting the local community through community service through our orphaned children's dental program.·        

Position: Customer Service Executive

·         Working location: Westcoast International Dental Clinic

·         Salary: Negotiate according to ability

·         Working hour: 44 hours/ week, according to Clinic arrangement

MAIN DUTIES:

• Perform reception duties of clinic: meet and greet patients, answer phone calls, make and remind appointments, provide consultation of the clinic’s services to the patients to meet the target objectives;
• Manage overall patient records, ensure to complete and up to date; maintain client contacts and email database;
• Translate documents for Clinic and doctors;
• Solve clients’ problems and complaints, handle conflicts;
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle the crisis/incident from customer’s complaints;
• Support Finance team for billing;
• Other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager and Director

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• College's Degree or above;
• At least 1 year working experience;
• Good communication and be fluent in speaking and writing English skills;
• Be positive and can-do attitude;
• Female from 21 to 30 years old is preferable; candidates from Dental clinic/hospital, etc…are preferred.
