JOB DESCRIPTION- Repair and maintenance for server, PC, networking equipment, and other IT-related equipment (telecom, mobile...).
- Communicate with users; and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems (or escalate them to higher levels) so that problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily
- Work with IT Manager to do related IT tasks.
REQUIREMENTS- Studying at College or University - senior level or have just graduated related to IT field.
- Good knowledge of Local-Area-Networking, Wide-Area-Networking, Virtual Private Network, Firewall, Anti-Virus solution.
- Familiar with hardware trouble-shooting, repair and maintenance for server, PC, networking equipment, other IT related equipment’s (telecom, mobile...).
- including Windows, Linux, MacOS and other types of OS
- Have good researching skill and ability to learn new technical skills.
- Have Certificates: MCSA, MCSE, LPI, CCNA, AZURE is highly preferred
- Basic communication in English.
