Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Roles & Responsibility:

• Be responsible of delivery training programs to partners and internal PD sales team, including basic product training, soft skill training and others workshops;
• Support to design programs in cooperating with relevant BDMs to suit partner’s requirements on training related;
• Coordinate within the PD training team to ensure excellent quality delivery and contribute to the growth of the department;
• Support PD T&D Manager in other business development related initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• University/ College; MBA is a plus;
• Min 2-4 years in education services, life insurance, banking or marketing with a solid training background;
• LOMA is a plus;
• Fluency in Vietnamese & Vietnamese communication;
• Presentation skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill.
