Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable IT talent employees for the company which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;

• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management;

• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests;

• Handle office expenses and cash of office; Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office;

• Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office;

Requirements:

• Have 1+ year experience as an HR Executive or Technical Recruiter

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting

• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

• Demonstrable leadership abilities

• Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic.
