General Responsibilities:

• Execution and Management:
• Recruitment based on the demand of manpower in the Team;
• Staff evaluation, coaching and training;
• Motivate and encourage staff in the Team;
• Maintain efficient records of progress and result of each sales-rep of the team;
• Supervise and manage Tender bidding as requirements;
• Planning, organizing, controlling the activities of the regions;
• Seeking and taking advantage of opportunities to develop the sales business;
• Sales analysis and action plan to close the gaps to achieve the sales target;
• Enhancing customer relationship, Identify and resolve business issues;
• Actively coaching and giving feedback to the sales team to maximize performance productivity;
• Implement and develop the marketing strategy;
• Cost plan and management;
• Support:
• In charge of handling issues and trouble in daily operation job of the team;
• Taking part in communication with key customers in contract implementation together with the sales representative and sales executive;
• Support RSM in managing and planning sales business;
• Coordinate with relevant Departments and Clients to have an agreement on working methods.

Requirements:

• Qualified Bachelor's Degree relating to job professional;
• Fluent in English and computer software (Word, Excel…);
• At least 2 years experience of the same position;
• Dynamic, initiative, good communication, organization and management skill.
