Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Sales Administration
- Assist Sales Executives with administrative work and projects
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations/reports for meetings or conferences
- Update and manage data for sales reports
- Manage the department's documents
- Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Support the department in purchasing equipment
Logistics Support
- Support Logistics Executives in dealing with delivery and logistic issues
- Support in issuing VAT Invoices based on available templates
- Update data in PO tracking or shipment tracking
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Entitled as full-time students during internship period
- Major in Logistics, Sales, Business Administration, or related courses
- No working experiences required, although Logistics and Sales experience is an advantage
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, critical and strategic thinking
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Eyes for details and good organization skills
