1. Job Description

•  Assist in event organizing including preparation for agenda, invitation letter, registration form & payment tracking for events (training, seminar, workshop, exhibition, advertising, fair, meeting, etc.) as well as keeping track of related logistics.
• Assist marketing related activities such as quarterly gimmick plan, control samples and marketing materials stock.
• Conduct market research; explore new marketing opportunities & tools.
• Assist in tracking of marketing expenditure reports and analysis.
• Be a facilitator between Field Force, Marketing and other Business functions during ongoing projects.

2. Job Requirements

• Any Bachelors’ degree, preferably Marketing, Pharmaceutical, etc.
• Candidates with no work experience are welcome to apply, as long as you demonstrate the required competencies through university projects, extracurricular activities.
  
• Fluent in English.
