JOB TYPE: Paid – Salary range: 8 to 12 million VND/month.
WORKING TIME: Full-time (can work at weekends based on the event schedule)
POSITION OVERVIEW: A self-starter and a leader to push forward the awareness/educational programs on anti-littering and to generate sustainable impacts to both external and internal stakeholders of the organization.
REPORT TO: Co-founders of Viet Nam Sach va Xanh (VNSX).
IN CHARGE OF: Program managers and Members.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
● 1-year and 3-year planning for the organization including all functions
● Partnership development in business and non-profit segments
● Fundraising of the projects to meet or exceed the finance requirements
● Human resources management and development
● Actively contributing to the organizational branding and marketing strategy
● Frequent reports to the board of co-founders and core team

MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
● Team performance and development (number and quality of core members)
● Number and quality (ratings) of key projects
● Growth in projects’ scale in terms of participants, sponsors and social impacts
● Number of returning and new partners (businesses, schools and non-profit groups)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
● Have a strong passion for Environment
● Professional working experience: 2 years
● High self-learning and self-initiating ability
● Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese
● Leadership and management skills
● Customer-focused and innovation
● Responsible, pro-active and have a can-do attitude

RECOMMENDED QUALITIES:
● Experience in management or community work: 1 year
● Business acumen and comfortable in B2B relationship management 
● Professional presentation skill
● Proficiency in MS Office
