-Coordinate with related department (Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development) to develop/ launch in/ exclusive investment products.
-Guarantee the product knowledge and information be transferred/ clarified/ updated to related department (new comers in particularly);
-Guarantee the consistency, regularity and qualification of transmission and reception.
2. SALES ASSISTANT
Your qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Customer-service oriented mindset, excellent communication and team work skill.
- Positive attitude, pro-activity and honest.
Your task:
- Introduce IMM’s services via phone or email and invite potential customers visit office for further consultation.
- Follow process to the last and guarantee high quality service to customers.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
3. CASE PROCESSING ASSISTANT
Your qualifications:
- Receive records from customers, checking preliminary profile information
- Follow the process of document storage and report to Team leader
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Your task:
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing skill)
- Well-organized person
- Customer-service oriented mindset, team work skill.
