• HCM: 93 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.

Working time: from Mon- Fri (8:30 - 5:30)

Job Description

•          Accounting Documents
  

         -  Arrange Accounting document->Packing->Listing for internal monitoring ->send to vendor for storage purpose

  Tag new codes for the asset list which changed follow Mozart project( about 2,900 physical items)

  • - Stock taking asset-> Tag new code-> Update list and report to leader
  • - Stock taking Finished Goods, Parts->Listing and report to leader.

          Year-end activities
  

         - Support Accounting activities year end follow instruction.

Requirements

• 1.     Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.

  2.     University student, major in Finance and Accounting

  3.     Passionate interest in Accounting

  4.     Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).

  5.     Customer-oriented,, patient, carefully, studious, highly organized and proactive.
