JOB DESCRIPTION

-  Develop customer channels, maintain and build relationship with customers, follow assigned and generated customers to find out the ideal products, deliver excellent services following company orientation and strategy (rental service for foreigners, VinCity Project)

-  Develop products from developers, landlords for rent and sale, take responsibility to the product department for providing with and updating accurate products information

-  Handle and follow up enquiries from clients for condominium, villa, execute customer services and business package for corporations

-  Build sales network, specific sales and marketing program for big corporation; Negotiate and sign contracts

-  Support to organize events for related projects; participate in meeting with investors/ partners/ clients as per requirement


Working time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (7.5 hours) from Monday to Friday

Working address: 

Head Office: No 60, 31F Street, An Phu Ward District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Bình Thạnh Office: Vinhomes Central Park, L4-OT40.05, 208 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.


REQUIREMENT

-  Fresh graduates or have experience working in other fields less than 2 years

-  Honest, professional

-  Good at communication skills, sociable, ambitious, willingness to learn and passion for business

-  Effective English communication skills, confidently communicating with foreigners is a plus and will have an opportunity to join in foreigner client team
