Purchasing Staff

Job description

- Receive purchasing requirements from other departments

- Manage SAP / ERP softwares

- Look for suppliers/vendors

- Send inquiries to suppliers

- Negotiate price, purchase agreement, payment & delivery date

- Coordinate with logistics department to receive goods

- Monitor quantity and delivery schedule

Job requirement

- Bachelor degree from Foreign Trade University, Marketing University, University of Economics.

- At least 2 years working experience in Purchasing field 

- Have experience (checking, trading or product development) in related field.

- Excellent in using Microsoft office, especial on excel, PPT, data storage skills.

- Fluent in English (both in 4 skills ).

- Enthusiastic, Ability under pressure and have good team work spirit, Careful, Dynamic and Hardworking
