The contest is organized by PHmuseum Ltd, the United Kingdom based corporation, owning and operating the phmuseum.com website.

The PHmuseum Grant is an annual initiative that recognises the importance of photography and visual storytelling. Now in its seventh edition, the initiative is designed to support the production and promotion of visual projects through cash prizes, educational activities and exposure across international festivals, and online media.
To participate, you are invited to submit one or more projects centered around a specific theme, narrative or concept. All approaches are welcomed, from classic narratives to innovative and experimental projects. 

You may submit one or more “Project”, defined as a set of photos built around a concept or a topic. Each Project must feature a minimum of 8 photos and a maximum of 20 photos. At least 4 of them must have been shot after 1 January, 2016.

Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

Description

Entry fees
The entry fee is £20 until 31 January and £30 until 21 February 2019.

Prizes
• 1st Prize: £ 8.000 plus projection at Cortona On The Move (Italy), Just Another Photo Festival (India) and Obscura Festival (Malaysia).
• 2nd Prize: £ 3.000  plus projection at Cortona On The Move (Italy), Just Another Photo Festival (India) and Obscura Festival (Malaysia).
• 3rd Prize: £ 2.000  plus projection at Cortona On The Move (Italy), Just Another Photo Festival (India) and Obscura Festival (Malaysia).
• New Generation Prize: £ 2.000 plus a consultancy from the PHmuseum Education Program, projection at Cortona On The Move (Italy), Just Another Photo Festival (India) and Obscura Festival (Malaysia).
